Our nine spacious meeting and conference rooms offer you a centrally convenient location for your next event in Winnipeg. All rooms are designed with an open floor concept, in-room temperature control, high-speed wireless internet and offer barrier-free entry into each space that is fully equipped with wide distribution speakers, screens, ceiling projectors and sound stabilizers making it a presenter’s dream.

Catering
From office catering to corporate meetings to weddings and social functions, our catering menu offers a selection of plated, buffet and reception style options to fit any event big or small. Enhance your next event with exceptional quality and service guests have come to know and expect at the Holiday Inn Airport West.
Birchwood Ballroom
Our Birchwood Ballroom offers 11 ft ceilings and 3,600 square feet of floor space, allowing for multiple room configurations to meet the needs of up to 300 attendees. An adjoining Grand Foyer offers the perfect space for guests to mingle before and after.
Chateau/Riel Room
The Chateau/Riel room offers 11 ft ceilings and 2,840 square feet with a permanent dance floor. This room has space for up to 180 guests. The room can easily be divided into two separate spaces, offering more flexibility when needing a breakout room.
Kelsey Room
Our Kelsey room features full-sized windows allowing plenty of natural light to flow throughout the room. With 10 ft ceilings and 448 square feet, the Kelsey is perfect for more mid-size gatherings.
Hudson Boardroom
Our beautifully appointed executive boardroom for 17 guests or less. An abundance of natural light with built-in AV equipment and multi-purpose board, in-room Keurig coffee and ergonomic chairs for extra comfort.
Salon C & D
Located on the third floor with a private restroom, mini-fridge and dry bar. Our Salons offer 448 square feet for smaller more intimate gatherings up to 30 guests. Great for receptions, hospitality, office space or breakout sessions.

- 150” Motorized Projection Screens in the Birchwood Ballroom and 120” Motorized Projection Screens in the Chateau/Riel Room.
