Wheelchair Accessible Rooms
Our wheelchair accessible rooms are designed for families and caregivers. Equipped with wheel-in showers and overhead tracking system for effortless lifts and transfers from wheelchair to bed and vice versa. Our accessible guestroom is fully furnished and offers adjoining guest room if more space is required.
Pet-Friendly Stay Guidelines
At the Birchwood Inn, we know pets are family and we’re pleased to welcome yours. To ensure every guest enjoys a safe, clean, and comfortable stay, we ask that all pet owners review and acknowledge our guidelines. Dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms. Cats may be left unattended only when secured in a kennel. We welcome up to two dogs per room: daily pet fee of $20 for the first animal and $15 for the second will be applied. Each dog must be 80 lbs or under, other pets (e.g. cats) may be permitted with prior approval from Management prior to arrival.
Deposit & Cleaning Standards
To preserve the comfort and cleanliness of our rooms for all guests a refundable $100.00 cleaning and damage deposit is required at check-in. This deposit may become non-refundable if damage occurs, excessive cleaning is required, or hotel-supplied pet items are removed from the room. Additional charges may apply if repair, cleaning, or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount. A designated pet relief area is available for your convenience and complimentary waste bags are provided—please help us keep our grounds clean and enjoyable for all.
